Shoppers, Inc.'s goal is to help companies improve their overall quality of customer service. This is accomplished by providing feedback to company management from a customer point of view. The use of
customer surveys and mystery shoppers, or "secret customers", details an average customer transaction in order for management to review the service and procedural skills of employees. If proper procedures are followed and good service is provided to customers, the overall success of any company will be improved through increased sales, employee retention and the decrease in losses due to employee error or fraud. Because we measure the quality of service, Shoppers, Inc. feels our own customer service must be outstanding.
